Brokerage Operations
About 40% of the loads that we moved last year we handled through our agent brokerage network. We have about 28,000 outside carriers that we do business with and more are being added daily.

Owner Operator Fleet
Roadrunner/Sargent has about 1150 owner operators and 'agent-owned' trucks in our system. Our program allows the agents to focus on finding good freight, taking care of customers, and asset utilization; the drivers to focus on driving, and we focus on the 'back office' functions such as credit, collections, and safety.
Our program pays the owner of the truck the 'same day' that we receive the paperwork (and we will advance up to 60% of the load when they get loaded).
Our company was founded by former owner operators and they have built their company around a healthy owner operator fleet.
